Ragazze non so se anche voi fate la salsa di pomodoro…. vi chiedo la vostra ricetta cosi da metterle a confronto!
Io la faccio semplice semplice, prendo di perini li lavo, li taglio e i metto in pentola a cuocere, senza sapori, senza niente… quando sono un po’ sfatti li passo con l’apposita macchinetta, invaso e poi per ultimo sterilizzo i barattoli, trenta minuti circa, il tutto ovviamente sul fuoco a legna..
Quest’anno su 10 kg di pomodori mi sono venuti 3 kg di salsa e circa 3 litri di acqua… si perché io li strizzo e tengo l’acqua da una parte che poi uso per fare minestroni, risotti, ecc…mi dite le vostre?
